Notice of Closure

It is with deep regret that we write to formally notify you of our plan to permanently stop the business operations of Social Solved.

We have explored many options to keep the doors of the Company open. However, we have not had success. It has become increasingly difficult to cope with rapidly changing functional requirements of certain social media technical interfaces. These complex requirements have significantly constrained business operations and the profitability of the Company. As a result, we are left with no reasonable option but to terminate our business operations.

The last day of business operations for Social Solved will be Monday April 13, 2015.

We imagine that the suddenness of this Notice and the inconvenience of the business closure may cause challenges for you, our customers. We are deeply sorry for this. As such, we invite you to submit a request to the Company to help address any particular challenge. This invitation, however, does not guarantee any specific response from the Company; in fact, the Company reserves the right not to take any action at all, exercising reasonable business judgment. Your request must be received by the Company no later than Friday October 13, 2015, which is six (6) months from the date of this Notice. Any request received after the due date will be ignored. We will provide a concise response to each customer request, stating whether the request will be accepted or rejected. Our plans are to provide such responses before the end of this calendar year, 2015.

In no way does our business decision detract from the immense respect and appreciation that we have for each of you, our customers. We are humbled by the extensive patience and creative solutions offered by many of you. Thank you for your business. We wish each of you extraordinary success in all of your future endeavors.
